Not! The panel is only for starting/ending connection. Once your WhatsApp is connected to the API, you can close the panel, close the browser and even shut down the computer.

Yes! And this can happen in two scenarios:

SPAM: When many contacts report your message as spam. In this case, it is extremely important to send a message only to contacts who have a relationship with your brand and who accept to receive your automatic messages. WhatsApp can also consider as spam the excess of messages sent with the same content (hash validation). A good strategy to get around this is to greet the contact by name at the beginning of the message (Ex: Hello {pushname}, okay?). This makes your message more dynamic as you’ve been manually sending it to each contact.

LACK OF ENGAGEMENT: When many contacts don’t read or respond to your message. Always try to clean up your contact list, removing those with low interaction. Furthermore, it is recommended to use techniques that encourage user interaction with your message, such as asking a question or leaving a link to an action (Call-To-Action).

There is no range defined in the API settings. Sending takes place almost immediately, but respecting the limit recommended by WhatsApp: 20 messages per second. But still, we recommend the user to define in his automation tool, a minimum interval of 5 seconds for each message sent.
